In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on k2345, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated accounts, and proxy registrations are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly illegal.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntarily applied through k2345 or imposed by any recognised gaming authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.

k2345 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the platform of your own free will and that online gaming is not prohibited in your specific location at the time of access. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds credited to those accounts.

During registration you are required to provide, at minimum: a valid and unique email address, a username of your choice, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, and a valid Indonesian bank account number or registered e-wallet linked to your identity. You must not use another person's identity, payment method, or contact details at any stage of the registration or verification process.

KYC Verification: k2345 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of at least one of the following: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM). In addition, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits — such as a screenshot of an active BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account in your registered name — may be requested. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being raised will result in the request being placed on hold until verification is complete.

k2345 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Accounts under active investigation may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of that investigation.

All transactions on the k2345 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). k2345 does not charge Members any platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which k2345 accepts no liability.

Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Member tier; current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified Members using local Indonesian bank transfers or e-wallets. k2345 targets same-session or next-business-day processing for the majority of requests. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

k2345 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 200.000.000 in aggregate within a 30-day rolling period. Such checks may extend the standard processing time. Members will be notified of any delay and its reason within 24 hours of the check being initiated.

k2345 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer, which shall be read as an addendum to these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a promotional term and these Terms & Conditions, the promotional term prevails in respect of that specific promotion only.

Wagering Requirements: Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiple (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) is stated clearly on the promotion detail page prior to the Member opting in. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity window specified for each promotion; Bonus Funds that have not been rolled over within that window will expire and be removed from the Balance automatically.

Only Wagers placed using Bonus Funds count towards Bonus Fund wagering requirements. Real-money Wagers placed while a Bonus Fund balance is active will be deducted from the real-money Balance first, unless the Member has opted to play with Bonus Funds exclusively as permitted by the game interface.

k2345 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, provided that such changes do not retrospectively affect Bonus Funds already credited and actively being wagered by a Member in good faith. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless the promotion explicitly permits this. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the k2345 platform — including live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft, as well as Mahjong and Blackjack titles — are operated under the rules published by the respective game studios. Members are responsible for reviewing the rules of each game before placing a Wager. k2345 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Member's misunderstanding of a game's rules or pay-table.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure provably fair outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are made available on each game's information panel. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) monitored by certified studio oversight procedures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of Balance:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Members or with Platform employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or incomplete game states to place Wagers that the Member knows or suspects to be in error.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct whether directed at k2345 or at other Members in multiplayer game formats.

In the event of a manifest error — including a game malfunction, incorrect odds display, or system error — k2345 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Members' Accounts. k2345's decision on manifest error disputes is final and binding.

k2345 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. Access to self-management tools — including deposit limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion — is available directly from every Member's Account dashboard. These tools are designed to be activated immediately upon the Member's request, without requiring contact with customer support.

Any Member who believes that their gambling may be becoming problematic is strongly encouraged to contact the k2345 support team at [email protected] to discuss available options. Self-exclusion periods are applied immediately upon request and may range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. k2345 will not lift a self-exclusion during its stated period under any circumstances.

k2345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Account is being operated by a person under the age of 21.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, compliance, or reputational risk to k2345.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, k2345 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason for the suspension within 48 hours. Real-money Balances held in a suspended Account that is subsequently cleared of wrongdoing will be returned in full. Where an Account is permanently closed due to a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Bonus Funds will be forfeited; real-money Balances will be returned to the verified payment method minus any amounts subject to active investigation or regulatory hold.

Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Balance will be withdrawn to the Member's verified payment method once KYC is confirmed complete.

All content published on the k2345 platform — including but not limited to the k2345 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, promotional materials, game interfaces, software architecture, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of k2345 or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants the Member any ownership interest, licence, or right to use any k2345 intellectual property beyond the limited personal, non-commercial access required to use the platform as a registered Member.

Members may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the k2345 platform or its content without prior written consent from k2345. Unauthorised use of k2345 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k2345 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of — or inability to use — the k2345 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to a technical fault outside k2345's reasonable control, loss of data, or reputational harm.

k2345's total aggregate liability to a Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k2345 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. While k2345 employs industry-standard SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and real-time fraud monitoring, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely impervious to external threats. Members use the platform at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain strong, unique passwords and to enable all available security features on their Account.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude k2345's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

k2345 collects, processes, and stores personal data submitted by Members in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

k2345 will not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without express prior consent. Data is shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud prevention partners solely to the extent necessary to deliver and secure the k2345 service. All third-party data processors engaged by k2345 are bound by contractual obligations that are no less stringent than those described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k2345 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Member and k2345 shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent k2345 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm to the platform or its Members.

k2345 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — including changes to deposit limits, withdrawal processing times, wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — will be communicated to Members via the email address registered on their Account at least 14 days before the change takes effect, wherever practicable. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be published without advance notice.

Continued use of the k2345 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Member does not accept a proposed amendment, they may close their Account before the effective date and withdraw their Balance in full, subject to standard KYC and processing requirements.
